Most properties also come with complete updated registrations, documentation, and permits. However, some properties do not fulfill all of the requirements for a safe purchase.

There are many other factors beyond the size, composition, appearance, and price of a property that make it a worthwhile package. These include its age, financial and legal history, accessibility, neighborhood, structural quality, and up-to-date legal and financial documents.

If you find a property that you would like to purchase, but you are not able to verify that all the aspects of the property are in order, let us know, and together with our associates we carry out these tasks for you:

A) Visit the property and assess relevant factors to its physical aspects and produce a report to you to help you with your decision.

B) Run due diligence of all the relevant documents. In addition the history of the property and any financial or other commitments that may be connected to the property.

C) If there is any doubt about the technical status of the building at a more profound level, we will engage an engineer to check the house for any technical issues and produce a final technical report.  Property Inspection is not an automatic part of the purchase process in Madeira. It is a personal choice, depending on the character and age of the property that you are purchasing.
